Use of the Service
MOSTRAmi provides AI-assisted cultural explanations for museum visits and personal learning. Responses may contain errors and do not replace official sources, curators, professional guides, or museum catalogs.
Content and Rights
The user must comply with museum regulations, photography rights, and third-party rights. MOSTRAmi cannot grant permission to photograph works or spaces where doing so is prohibited.
Subscriptions
Any paid plans must be purchased through Google Play Billing. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the terms of Google Play and the details displayed in the Google Play Console.
AI Reports
Users may report AI responses that are offensive, harmful, misleading, or pose privacy or copyright issues. Reports are used for safety and quality review purposes.
Clio Live and Voice Input
Clio Live and voice input require microphone permission and may process audio or transcriptions through local or cloud systems depending on the selected mode. Users can stop Live mode at any time. Live cloud features depend on network connectivity and third-party AI service availability.
Use of Chatbot (Clio) and AI Responsibility
The chatbot Clio is a conversational assistant powered by generative artificial intelligence models (LLMs). By interacting with Clio, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts the following:
- Technological limitations and hallucinations: AI models may generate incorrect, incomplete, or fabricated information (hallucinations), including incorrect artistic attributions, biographical inaccuracies, or historical dating errors.
- No scientific or legal value: The art explanations and responses provided by Clio are for informational and cultural purposes only. They have no academic value, commercial appraisal value, legal expertise value, or artwork authentication status.
- Disclaimer of liability: The user assumes full and total responsibility for any choices, interpretations, or reliance placed on information generated by Clio. MOSTRAmi and its developers shall in no event be liable for misunderstandings, historical errors, or tourist mistakes caused by AI responses.
- Integration and precedence of official sources: Clio in no way replaces licensed professional tour guides, museum curators, official print catalogs, or instructions provided by museum staff. In case of discrepancy, institutional museum sources always take precedence.
Limitations
The service, offline mode, Clio Live, or cloud analysis may be unavailable on incompatible devices, without downloaded offline assets, without network connectivity, or when third-party AI services are temporarily unavailable.
