Delete Account and Data
In-App Deletion
Open MOSTRAmi, navigate to Settings, select the Account section, choose "Delete Account", and confirm by entering the required word. The application will delete your Firebase account, local history, locally saved images, preferences, and user-associated AI reports when accessible.
Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to info@mostrami.gallery with the subject line "MOSTRAmi Account Deletion". We will ask for the minimum necessary information to verify your account identity.
Data Deleted
- Firebase account linked to the application.
- Local history and preferences stored on the device (when deleted in-app).
- Locally cached visit assets, saved artwork images, voice-related local artifacts, and Live transcription history when present on the device.
- Server-side records associated with the account, including user-submitted AI content reports, where applicable and legally removable.

Data That May Be Retained
Certain payment, safety, anti-fraud records, or legal obligations may be retained by the respective providers or by MOSTRAmi for the period required by law or platform policies.
